» Merch Artists: At least one sample must be a hard merch design, i.e. acrylic charm, buttons, enamel pin, etc.
» At least one sample must include a background.

FAQ
What is a fan zine?
A fan zine is a compliation of works, in this case both written works and illustrations/comics, that are published in a booklet. All the works are based on a certain exisiting series, hence why it is a "fan" zine.Who can apply?
Anyone over the age of 16! We are looking for both comic and merch artists for this project. What are the guidelines for applications?
These can be found on our "Guidelines" page.Is this project for-profit or charity?
The project's aim is mainly to cover the production and shipping costs for contributor bundles. Any leftover profit after production and shipping will be divided equally among mods and contributors. Any profit yielded by contributors under 18 years old will be donated to charity. What's the theme and rating?
The zine contents will be gen, SFW and the central theme is "encounters". We want to portray the platonic interpersonal relationships of the characters and teams on and off the court. Both AUs and canon-compliant works will be featured. Can I edit my application after I submit it?
Yes, you're allowed to edit your application after you submit! To do so, please follow the link in the confirmation email you received after filling out the form for the first time. We request that applicants refrain for sending duplicate applications.
Please note that applicants won't be able to edit their responses after the application period has closed. How do I know if I have been accepted? Will I get feedback on reasons for rejection if I’m not accepted?
We will send emails to all applicants to inform them whether they have been accepted or not. Regarding feedback, since our team is very small, we might not be able to give feedback to everyone. Unfortunately, as the number of spaces is limited, we can’t accept every applicant, so we hope you do not take it personally if we are unable to offer you a spot. Whether you are accepted or not is not a reflection of the quality of your work. Are spoilers allowed?
Yes! We will allow fanworks with spoilers. Can I apply as a comics artist and an merch artist?
Yes, but keep in mind that while you'll be considered for both positions, you may only be accepted for one position! Are traditional artworks acceptable?
Yes, we will accept traditional works as long as you can provide a clean scan with a resolution of at least 300dpi for your final submission. Are we allowed to post/preview our work?
Throughout the duration of the project, contributors must not share, post or publish the full piece they’re doing for the zine. We also request that contributors refrain from sharing previews of the piece on social media during the creation process. We will allot a period for previews right before the zine release and will also give a date for publishing the finished pieces. Contributors will be notified about the specific dates at a further time. How many contributors are you planning to include?
Right now, we are considering 3 guest comic artists, 14 comic artists from applications; 1 guest merch artists and 2 merch artists from applications for a total of 20 contributors. This number is not final and is subject to change. How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors are guaranteed a physical copy of the zine, a high-def PDF of the zine and any digital merch we offer. Full merch bundles and free shipping will be given to contributors if sales allow. As a last resort, if we can't cover the book or merch, it will be offered to contributors at cost/base value.I have a question that hasn't been answered here!
